Staging Consultations
Quotations are Free...Followed by a Three-Step Process:

Initial Walkthrough Consultation – During the initial consultation, the Staging consultant walks through the property with the owner. During the Walkthrough, the homeowner will receive Staging Advice on a room-by-room basis. These recommendations will include identification of desirable features, note of trouble spots, and suggestions for presentation improvements. A written report of the recommendations of the work that needs to be done can also be prepared upon request.

Property Improvements - The homeowner completes improvements such as painting, packing, cleaning, clearing, etc. as per the recommendations given during the Walkthrough.
Editing & Staging - After the homeowner completes the property improvements, the Staging Consultant will return for editing and Staging such as furniture arrangement and accessorizing.
Home Staging Consultations: A basic consultation with recommendations on how to properly prepare your home for sale or to enjoy for yourself. You can also have our team of Home Staging Specialists do it all for you! Whether your home just needs a few adjustments in furniture placement or a full revamp (with or without some renovation work) we can make it happen.
Priority Service for Contractual Work: Given the limited time in preparing a home for sale, we have an extensive network of trades people that provide us with priority service and specialize in everything such as professional cleaning, landscaping, painting, re-finishing or installing wood floors, counters, tile work, organization specialists, movers as well as contacts for the removal or storage of excess furniture; all within the shortest possible delay.
Shopping Service: We can shop with you or for you, within your budget, for the items needed to enhance your home. We know where to find just about anything at the best possible price.
Furniture and Accessory Rental: Ideal for vacant properties or homes that need additional "fluff" to provide that all important "WOW" factor at a fraction of the cost of purchasing these items.
Paint Color Consultations: Painting your home in preparation for a sale vs. selecting colors for your new or existing home are NOT the same. We would be happy to provide you with our professional recommendations depending on your specific needs.
One-Day Makeovers: We can breathe new life into any room of your home. You would be surprised how your own belongings can be given new life when used in different and creative ways.
New Homeowner Move-in: You've just moved into your new home and are not sure where or how to place your existing furnishings or how to make your new house a home. We can help you make this assessment by guiding you room by room.
